Return policy

In our online store you have the opportunity to return the products. The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order. In this case, you are only charged with the cost of returning the products. If the reason for returning the order is the fault of our company, we will bear the cost of returning it (eg. wrong product).

Otherwise, the cost is borne by the customer.

Product return conditions :

The goods must be in the condition in which you received them. This means that its packaging must not have been tampered with and must not have been used.
Together with the product to be returned and all the forms that accompany it, the instructions for use and the relevant documents (receipts or invoices).
Have contacted the competent Department of the company and have notified your intention to return the order.
Not to be a bespoke product.

The products are returned to the address: Menelaou Parlamas 133, Heraklion Crete, Greece and in the same way of shipment.

In case you choose to send by mail, we cannot collect your return. We also do not undertake the receipt of the return of your order by mail.

Cashback:

The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made.

In case of payment by credit card the refund is made through the bank to your credit card.

In any case and for all the above cases the maximum cancellation period may not be extended beyond 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Order cancellation:

In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact our store to inform us about it. Your order can only be canceled if the shipping process has not been completed.

The refund is made by the procedure mentioned in the refund section.

If in any case, for reasons of force majeure (e.g. strikes, extreme weather events) it is not possible to deliver your order within the time period to which we have committed, we will contact you for further clarification on delivery.
