After payment and completion of your order you will receive a relevant informative email.
The delivery time of your order is :
* 3-4 working days for the prefectures of Greece
* 5-7 working days for other areas
In case of remote area, the delivery time may vary . The above deadlines do not apply in times of strikes , force majeure or extreme weather conditions . We cooperate with the most reliable transport companies with the aim of faster and safer service .
SHIPPING COSTS
* Own means : for the area of the wider city of Heraklion and for orders over 35€ the shipping costs are free .For orders under 35€ the cost is one-time 2 € and for orders up to 50 kg
* Transport: for products with a large weight or volume ( paper A4, A3 , envelopes , binders) it is recommended to use a transport company (not a courier ) . In this case, the choice of the shipping company and the payment of the shipping cost must be preceded before the completion and payment of the order. AC ACS COURIER: for the region of Crete, and for orders over 40 € and weight up to 3 kg the shipping is free. For orders under 40€ or over 3 volumetric kilos the cost is 2,5 € one-time while there is an additional charge of 1€ per volumetric kilo.(excluding products related to printing paper )
* ACS COURIER: for central Greece and for orders over 49€ and weight up to 3 kg shipping costs are free. For orders under 49€ or over 3 volumetric kilos the cost is 2,5 € one-time while there is an additional charge of 1€ per volumetric kilo.(excluding products related to printing paper )
* ACS COURIER: for islands and remote areas and , orders over 59€ costs are free. For orders under 59€ or over 3 volumetric kilos the cost is 3,5 € one-time while there is an additional charge of 1€ per volumetric kilo.(excluding products related to printing paper )
